Shorewalk's rental units provide guests with spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, fully furnished, self-catering condos that can accommodate up to 4 people. Rates listed above are subject to change without notice. Rates listed above exclude the Holidays (Labor Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, etc...) and Weekend Nights.
12% Sales Tax must be added to these rates. One time $175 +Tax cleaning fee per unit per reservation. Any guest staying a minimum of one month (28 days) shall be charged the 1st month upon check-in. One week consists of seven (7) nights. Rates are for up to four (4) persons per villa. Cribs, extra beds, etc. are available for an additional charge. 3 Night Minimum stay required, except for February and March where a one month minimum stay is required. January requires a 4 night minimum stay. Holidays may have 3-5 night minimum stay required. Should you need to extend your stay you may have to move to another condo.

Check-In/Check-Out Procedures
Office hours: 8:30am - 3:00pm
To make your stay with us as convenient and relaxed as possible, we provide you with a welcome sheet containing pertinent information about check-in/check-out policies, as well as, useful information about Shorewalk's clubhouse and policies. A Shorewalk Guest Book will be provided in each unit.

3 Night Stay Minimum Required. 1 Month minimum stay required for February & March. January requires a 4 night minimum stay.
NO PETS, TRAILERS, COMMERCIAL or OVER-SIZED VEHICLES, RV's, BOATS, or JET SKIS ARE ALLOWED ON THE PROPERTY
A deposit of $250 USD is required PER CONDO with a valid Credit Card. This deposit will cover any fees in regards to damages, stolen items and condos left in dirty conditions. Any charges exceeding $200 USD for these items will be determined by Shorewalk Management and assessed to your credit card.

Confirmation, Payments and Cancellations
Confirmation of Reservations
We will confirm your reservation with Shorewalk via e-mail, fax, or letter.
Payment Procedures
In order to guarantee your reservation with us, a valid Credit Card is required at the time of check-in. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover cards.
Cancellations
In the event that you need to cancel a reservation with us, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations within 14 days prior to the arrival date are subject to a 1 night charge (except for January, February and March). Your room will be held until the arrival date. If notification is not received by 12:00pm of the following day, designating an alternative arrival date, we will consider the reservation a "no show" resulting in a 1 night charge.
January, February and March cancellation policy:
- 100% refund of deposit for cancellations made a least 60 days prior to check-n date plus 3% credit card processing fee
- 50% refund of deposit for cancellations made 59 to 31 days prior to check-in date plus 3% credit card processing fee
- No refunds of deposit for cancellations made within 30 days of check-in date
- No refunds for early departures once you check-in at the property
Self-Catering Information
All of Shorewalk's 120 rental condos are self-catering. For your convenience each condo is equipped with an inventory of basic items. This also means that there is no daily maid service UNLESS REQUESTED. It is up to you to maintain the conditions of your rooms and living areas. If you wish to request maid service, please notify the front desk upon check-in.
Maid Service Fees - Available Upon Request
$85.00 +tax per cleanDeposit
A five hundred dollar ($500) deposit is required for all monthly stays and will be charged at time of booking. Deposit will be applied to stay upon arrival.
